Tebow Nation

I honestly don't know why there are so many people that has doubts about Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow. Yes, his mechanics are not the greatest and yes he doesn't have great accuracy with his throws but you know what, Tebow is an athlete who hates to lose. To be frank with everyone, as long as he's winning football games, who cares about his mechanics and his accuracy. This man knew how to win in college and I know that it doesn't mean anything in the NFL on what he did in college, but still this man has the intangibles. I'm rooting for his success and so should the rest of the country!! Let's stop criticizing his problems and see how he can get better as a quarterback in the NFL.

He's done

As much as I love and admire Donovan McNabb for what he has done over the years, his career as a starting quarterback in the NFL is over. According to sources, rookie quarterback Christian Ponder will get his first start on Sunday. This is the second time McNabb has been benched and he's not getting any better nor younger. At 35 years old McNabb, a former franchise player for the Philadelphia Eagles, has to now accept the fact that he's no longer a front runner on a team's wish list.  He'll still receive calls from other teams during the off season, but as a back-up. Now that Minnesota decides to turn to the future so soon by starting their 12th overall pick in this years draft out of Florida State, there's no way hell that Minnesota goes back to McNabb. He'll become a free agent and from there we'll see what happens to him. I know one thing for sure, he won't be starting for any team anytime soon. But as a sports believer, he'll still go down as a Hall of Fame NFL quarterback.

C'mon really??

For all those people who loves to watch basketball I assume you folks love to watch the pros. Well unfortunately that's not going to happen anytime soon all because of this dumb and insane NBA "Lockout."  I swear if I made every penny for those owners who wanted more money, I'll be almost rich by now. According to David Stern, NBA commissioner, he wants the owners and players to split 50% even on the money that's coming in each year which is ridiculous I believe. The players are the ones busting their a*#es on the court, they should receive more than 50%. It's not the players fault we have this lockout, it's the greedy owners.

Is Luck really the answer?

For many of us who watches the NFL on weekly basis knows which teams are in the running for the #1 overall draft pick next year. Andrew Luck, quarterback for Stanford and a college phenom, is projected to be the #1 overall pick next year. Supposed to be the best quarterback to enter since Peyton Manning. Now I must ask for teams like Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs, and Minnesota Vikings, teams that have pathetic records, would they really tank their season for Luck? I would say no they shouldn't. As great as Luck is believed to be oneday in the NFL, it takes just more than one player to win a championship. When a team has the worst record in the league, that means that the team is more than JUST one player away from winning the Super Bowl. :)
